Our Life Sciences Supply Chain practice helps clients to transform their end-to-end supply chain to be patient centric and an enabler of growth.

What would you do?

Most of the team work s on one project at any given point in time, typically as part of a larger core team working on a priority. At a Consultant level, it could be:

Create supply chain planning thought leadership for clients across Life Sciences.

Shape client’s planning transformation vision, focus areas, and journey from the current state to a “to-be” enterprise environment.

Provide point-of-view on Life Sciences supply chain solutions to deliver on transformational goals along with strengths and weaknesses of various planning solutions.

Collaborate with senior client leaders to ensure buy-in to recommended solutions.

Oversee the design and implementation of Life Sciences Supply Chain solutions, processes, and operating model specifically for planning (Integrated Business Planning, Supply Planning, Demand Planning) by leveraging Accenture’s implementation methodology.

Help to develop and expand the Life Sciences Supply Chain Services consulting portfolio through thought leadership and opportunity identification.

Manage business development opportunities to bring innovative solutions and ways of working to clients.

Build and apply technical, industry, organization, and functional knowledge to support efforts in selling opportunities to existing and new clients.

Manage workstreams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture.

Serve as the planner/architect for a delivery initiative.

Travel - candidates must be willing to travel up to 75% to client locations

Who do we need - Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience scoping and delivering Life Sciences transformation and innovation technology advisory solutions and services that includes advanced functional-level understanding of at least one of the following: Kinaxis, SAP IBP, OMP

Minimum of 2 years of external experience at a consulting firm or 3 years of internal consulting experience in a role within Life Sciences (biopharma or medical device)

Bachelor's degree or equivalent 12 years work experience.

Prior Life Sciences experience doing any planning functions:

You can use the latest data analytics tools to spot opportunities for improvement.

Prior experience in driving insights using visualization tools (i.e. Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) and analytics tools (i.e. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
