Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Credentials and Facility Operations Manager to oversee our credentialing processes and manage various facility/stadium related projects. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Core Responsibilities:
Credentialing Management
Lead the credentialing process for game days and special eventsOversee the processing, printing, and distribution of credentials, ensuring precision and timely deliveryMaintain a well-organized inventory of credential supplies and materialsAddress credential requests and inquiries from staff and vendors efficientlySupervise part-time staff responsible for all credentialing activities leading up to and during game daysOversee vendor management initiatives to ensure alignment with NFL guidelines and processes, maintaining high standards of compliance and performance across all vendor engagementsFacility Operations Management
Lead the planning, implementation, and assessment of facility/stadium-related projectsCollaborate with multiple departments to ensure project alignment and successful outcomesMonitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholdersIdentify opportunities for improvement and recommend enhancements for ongoing and future projectsManage part-time staff involved in all game day operations in preparation for and during eventsAdministrative Support
Provide administrative support to the operations team as requiredMaintain accurate records and documentation related to credentialing and project activitiesPrepare reports and presentations for management and team meetingsSkills & Abilities
Experience with Accredit Solutions and Adobe Illustrator; familiarity with Wicket and Apple software preferred2+ years experience in sports and facility/stadium management preferredExceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detailAbility to manage confidential information with discretionProven experience in independently managing projects from inception to completionStrong multitasking abilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentPersonable team player with outstanding communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and operations management systemsWork Environment
The Buccaneers are a professional, fast-paced, creative business environment.
Extended evening and weekend work hours are sometimes required. Required to work all home and some away games and other events as needed. May have to work occasional holidays.High intensity work environment in executing deliverables on short deadlines.Computer and desk work a significant part of daily activities.Sitting, standing, working with hands for extended periods of time.Ability to lift 30lbs.
