Job Title: Salesforce Tech Lead -
Location: Urbana, MD
Duration: 12 Months
The Salesforce Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce solutions within the organization.
This position demands a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and the ability to provide expert guidance on best practices, technical design, and development.
The SME will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that Salesforce solutions align with business objectives and deliver maximum value.
Key Responsibilities:•Technical Leadership: Act as the technical lead for Salesforce projects, providing expert guidance on Salesforce architecture, design, and development.
Ensure that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with industry best practices.•Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
Translate business needs into technical specifications and design solutions that meet those needs.•Development and Customization: Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications, integrations, and workflows using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies.
Ensure that customizations are robust and adhere to best practices.•Integration: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.
Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization across systems.•Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews to ensure that development work meets quality standards and follows best practices.
Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure that solutions are defect-free.•Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal teams on Salesforce functionalities and best practices.
Act as a point of contact for technical issues and provide timely resolutions.•Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of Salesforce solutions.•Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications:•Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.•Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience working with Salesforce, including experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom development.•Certifications:
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, or equivalent are highly desirable.•Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integration tools.
Experience with Salesforce APIs, middleware, and data migration tools.•Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubles.
