Work Schedule:

This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position scheduled to work Monday through Friday, with core hours between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM plus an afterhours on-call rotation. Applicants hired into this position can work hybrid from WI and IL. This will be discussed during the interview process.

We are seeking a

Applications Analyst - Epic Radiant, Cadence

to:

Plan and lead projects related to Information Systems in our EMR (electronic medical record) system.

Lead in the development of workflows, system configuration, change documentation and support of operations on application functionality.

Use your excellent communication skills to share information with users within the department and organization.

Have a good understanding of technical infrastructure when applicable such as networking, data interfaces, and server administration.

Provide consultative Information Services advice to departmental and organizational leadership and guiding other employees within the department.

Radiology experience, Epic Radiant or Epic Cadence Experience preferred

Qualifications

Associate's Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, Health Administration, Engineering, or related field Required

Two (2) years of relevant experience and education may be considered in lieu of degree Required

Bachelors or Masters degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, Health Administration, Engineering, or related field Preferred

Work Experience

Demonstrated success in design, development, configuration, support, and adoption of small to medium to scale solutions Required

Demonstrated success applying critical thinking to identify problems and opportunities Required

Demonstrated success using, configuring, developing, or supporting the applications, tools, and platforms relevant to the position Preferred

Three (3) to five (5) years progressively responsible experience in an IS applications field Preferred

Demonstrated success working on or leading initiatives that use agile methods Preferred

Experience in information services o r technology, direct clinical care, health care operations, or health care administration Preferred

Healthcare subject matter expertise including at least two (2) years of experience in a health system, academic medical center , or health payer organization Preferred

Experience supporting systems and/or operations in a 24x7 healthcare setting Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

Vendor (e.g. Epic, Oracle, other) certifications as relevant for the position, per department guidelines Preferred

CPHIMS, PMP, ITIL Preferred
