Will drive a forklift a majority of time, set up operators with packaging, raw material product, etc.
Detailed knowledge of plant floor operationsResponsible for physically moving all needed materials to the packaging, Blending linesResponsible for all accurate transactions in PLEX related to the material movesDetailed knowledge of the production schedule and inventory controlDetailed knowledge of all materials to include ingredients and packagingEffective communication skillsSafe Forklift operation requiredResponsible for adherence to the Quality Assurance processes and procedures related to all facets of the business.Will control inventory in and out of warehouse.Verify proper allergen controls are adhered to.Maintain warehouse organization and overall housekeeping of the warehouse area.
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 4:00PM-12:30AM
Requirements
Minimum:
•High School Diploma or GED
•Ability to communicate with peers to successfully complete daily goals
•2 year minimum computer experience
Preferred:
•Forklift Certified
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
While performing the duties of this position, the employee must be able to work in multiple climates and work environments. Proper safety equipment will be provided, but the employee may be required to work in, but not limited to, these conditions: dirt, heat, freezer, smoke/steam, noise, vibration, grease/oil, fumes, dust/shavings, and wet environments; variable temperatures of both heat and cold.
