What You'll Do
From The Start: You will be taking every new staff member through the onboarding process.Be a Culture Leader: Embody and promote The Classic Center's values, brand, and mission every day.Build Careers: Recruit top talent that reflects the heart of our community and support new hires through onboarding.Engage & Mentor: Guide interns, assist in programs like Bread for Life, and represent us at job fairs.Champion Training: Help craft new training opportunities, host guest speakers, and support quarterly goal rallies.Stay Organized & Compliant: Maintain confidential personnel files, track employee milestones, and ensure compliance with HR laws and policies.Plan Amazing Events: Coordinate employee gatherings and internal HR-led events that foster connection and collaboration.What We're Looking For
A degree in Human Resources or a related field (required).2+ years of experience in hospitality (preferred).A track record of recruiting success and at least 4 years in talent acquisition.A knack for communication-you can write and speak with clarity and confidence.Flexibility to thrive in an ever-changing schedule, including some nights and weekends.A commitment to professionalism, respect, and confidentiality.Why You'll Love It Here
