TRC is seeking an Outreach Coordinator to support outreach and enrollment and QA/QC for trade allies that perform energy services within the great TVA region. This position is responsible for leading successful outreach engagement strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as operations, engineering and outreach. Experience with utility or energy efficiency programs, is highly desirable but not required. The Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for conducting outreach to trade ally contractors to drive program participation and perform QA/QC of applications, trainings and record keeping. This includes but is not limited to supporting the development of the trade ally acquisition plan and enrollment strategy, forecasting and achieving program outreach and enrollment goals; working with the outreach team to develop effective program collateral and engagement strategies to increase retention and recruitment; and attending community and industry events, both virtual and in-person, that support outreach and enrollment initiatives.We're looking for an enthusiastic self-starter who has strong interpersonal and data management skills. Developing, conducting, and assisting program outreach activities.Creating templates and scripts to support outreach and communication efforts.Utilizing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system or a similar system to effectively track pipeline/outreach/sales activities.Maintaining up-to-date and accurate records to ensure program and contract compliance.Maintain an appropriate level of technical proficiency for consulting with prospective trade allies regarding participation.Ensuring documentation accuracy, completeness, and compliance across the outreach and enrollment team.Identifying and conducting outreach initiatives such as attending events.Communicating between management and program staff to ensure outreach and enrollment strategy and goal updates are provided effectively in a timely manner.Strong customer service skills that include highly effective communication in-person, over email, and over the phone.Experience and comfort with public speaking, direct outreach, and networking.Self-driven and a team player with analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with program participants and market partners.Establishing and maintaining high standards of work, communication, and deliverables.Working independently as well as collaboratively with multiple team members, customers, and stakeholders; in addition to leading and inspiring outreach and enrollment staff.Perform QA/QC for Trade Ally recordsDirect engagement with Trade Ally Contractors
Qualifications
Minimum RequirementsResidency in or close proximity to Nashville TN.Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience OR 5 years of applicable experience in outreach, customer service, and marketing strategies.Proficient in MS Office tools (i.e. outlook, word, excel, teams, SharePoint).Eligible to work in the United States.Valid driver's license.
