Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of leasing associates; set goals & actively coach team to successDrive leasing efforts to maximize occupancy and revenueProvide outstanding customer service to residents, addressing inquiries and concerns promptlyImplement resident retention initiatives and community eventsEnsure compliance with lease agreements and property regulationsCollaborate with the maintenance team to develop and execute strategic plans for property improvement and maintenanceManage financial operations, including budgeting, rent collection, and expense controlMaintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and local community stakeholdersQualifications:
3-5 years proven track record in sales, marketing and/or management (property management experience a plus)Strong leadership and interpersonal skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentAbility to lead and motivate othersBenefits:
