As a Sales Executive on our National Business Sales team, you’ll primarily focus on mid-market businesses managing and upselling accounts while also selling full-scale business solutions in a defined territory. Using a combination of cold calling and consultative selling skills, you’ll close complex sales, generate new sales and develop strategic initiatives to grow and retain revenue streams. Success in this role will require you to take on responsibility for everything from the initial account relationship to meeting revenue objectives and performance metrics.

Responsibilities:
Establishes/maintains productive long-term client relationships.
Supports in presenting products, services and migrations that can benefit customer needs.
Demonstrates broad and strong working knowledge of the organization's entire product/service line. Partners with clients to understand business needs, issues, strategies, priorities to deliver valuable solutions.
Develops responses to Request for Proposals.
Identifies key trends and customer needs,
leverages industry knowledge/applications,
Utilizes consultative skills to close sales for assigned accounts in accordance with company policy, procedures and culture.
Owns account relationship, responsible for meeting revenue objectives.
Demonstrates sustained record of sales achievement.
Effectively influences customers to diffuse potential problems.
Aids in devising direct sales plans/strategies.
May develop strategic initiatives to grow/retain the revenue stream of complex accounts/projects.
May support less experienced sales team through coaching or mentoring.
Works on complex projects.
This job applies to employees spending more than 50% of their time performing duties directly related to making sales away from their office at customers place of business/home.
Duties directly related to making sales include:
Meeting with customers and engaging in sales activities at customer site; communicating with customers via phone, teleconference, e-mail, etc. related to proposed solutions/Salesnet.; traveling to/from the customer premise for sales activities.
Providing subject matter expertise on technical sales issues; advising customers on suitability of products based on technical needs; preparing proposals/presentations/bids, including developing pricing/strategic plans and proposed solutions/sales; researching/developing solutions with AT&T external partners, including design/engineering; researching customer business/industry to identify new sales opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
Current auto insurance
Reliable vehicle per transportation needs of market.
Education
: requires a bachelor's degree.
Experience
: requires 5-8 years direct work experience.
(This is not a supervisory role).

Our Sales Executive, earn between $66,900 - $100,300 + commissions with a total target compensation of $124,900 -$158,300. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
