Description
We are seeking a versatile professional to design, optimize, and maintain scalable data solutions while bridging technical expertise and business strategy. This role requires hands-on technical skills in data architecture and analytics, combined with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Data Architecture & Strategy:Design, implement, and optimize data architectures that align with business goals, ensuring scalability, high performance, and platform compatibility.Develop and maintain data integration pipelines, including ETL processes, transformations, and data storage solutions for seamless reporting and access.Assess and enhance data infrastructure, identifying opportunities for automation, innovation, and process improvements.Business Analysis & Collaboration:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business needs into practical data models, dashboards, and systems.Serve as a liaison between technical and business teams, ensuring alignment on data solutions that meet operational objectives.Create and maintain data models and take ownership of their implementation, handling data pipelines, architecture, and dashboard configuration to ensure seamless reporting.Provide actionable insights and recommendations through cross-functional analysis, supporting both business strategy and technical implementation.Process Optimization & Governance:
Drive continuous improvements in data management processes to enhance efficiency, data quality, and governance.Establish data documentation standards, ensuring that both technical and non-technical stakeholders understand key processes, architectures, and solutionsMentorship & Knowledge Sharing:
Mentor and support team members in data management best practices, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.Lead training initiatives to promote data literacy across the organization and align team efforts with strategic business goals.Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in data architecture tools and platforms (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).Experience with data modeling, SQL, ETL processes, and API integration.Analytical Skills:
Strong ability to perform root-cause analysis and generate actionable insights from complex datasets.Familiarity with business intelligence tools and methodologies to deliver impactful reports.Soft Skills & Collaboration:
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business users and vice versa.Demonstrated ability to balance technical rigor with business acumen, aligning solutions with evolving business priorities.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.Familiarity with process automation tools (e.g., Power Automate).Experience in mentoring, coaching, or leading cross-functional teams.
