Description
We are looking for someone who can:
Define and develop dashboards and statistics for marketing campaigns.
Define, develop, maintain, and load data from external and internal sources into our CRM system.
Translate plain language requests into SQL queries, CRM views, and reports.
Develop and maintain marketing data and related documentation within systems and processes.
Develop data processes for each project/system and coordinate with others to ensure appropriate data points for the target audience are identified.
Perform data analysis and provide feedback to stakeholders and marketing management to measure and optimize campaign performance.
Coordinate, maintain, and provide updates to agent information to cross-functional teams.
Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis on data-related requests.
Creating and maintaining documentation to satisfy sound internal controls regarding data, processes, and tools used for marketing implementations.
Requirements for success:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, data analytics, related degree, or equivalent work experience.
3-5 years of data analysis experience.
Ability to maintain a high level of knowledge of current project management techniques and tools.
Demonstrated knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel.
Working knowledge of CRM and content management systems.
Proven analytical skills to evaluate and present findings/trends based on data.
Ability to effectively utilize computer systems including SQL and CRM.
