Obtain and develop quality new loans while managing an existing loan portfolio
Demonstrate expertise in Construction (Commercial and Consumer), Commercial, Commercial Real Estate, Consumer, and Consumer Real Estate Loans
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and non-verbal)
Promote BancFirst services through cross-selling banking products to new and existing customers
Participation in various community and public events
Consistent execution of policies and procedures
Extraordinary customer service at all times
Outside business development calls required
Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree required (Business major or Formal Credit training preferred)
Minimum 5 years experience as an underwriting Commercial Loan Officer
Experience in negotiating loan workouts and asset liquidations
Must have ability to analyze complex financial data and write detailed credit memorandums
Must have current working knowledge of Regulatory Compliance requirements including, but not limited to, RESPA, HMDA, and Fair Lending
Must have ability to grow quality portfolio with annual performance goals
Promote Retail/Cash Management products to new and existing relationships
Willing to participate in community events
Outside business development calls required
Work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks
Must be able to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing
Regular and consistent attendance is an essential function of this position
PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 5 years commercial lending experience preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Constant use of computer screens and reading of reports
Ability to operate a computer keyboard, multi-line telephone, photocopier, scanner and facsimile
Regularly required to sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear
Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching to file materials
Ability to lift and/or move and carry 10 pounds
