Expected salary range
of $126,000 to $140,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Asset Optimization Manager leads the financial evaluation of short/long-term operational and commercial scenarios for Constellation's electric generation assets, including development, analysis and measurement of initiatives to drive desired business results
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIESCreate and maintain asset-specific, long-term financial valuation models for the Exelon Power generation fleetDevelop and lead cross-organizational teams to evaluate current and future operational/financial performance of Exelon Power generation assets; Understand the key drivers of asset value, and define and evaluate risks & opportunities for value creationLeverage financial modeling to inform capital allocation, commercial transactions, Regulatory initiatives, and Corporate Development / Project Financing opportunitiesDevelop operational/financial initiatives in alignment with business planning processesSupport key decision makers by developing and presenting audience-appropriate business case materialAll other duties as assignedMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
BS in finance, accounting, economics with 8 or more years of finance experienceProject Management experienceDemonstrated experience with financial analysisDemonstrated research and analytical skillsDemonstrated ability to understand budgets, financial statements, and discounted cash flow analysisDemonstrated creative problem solving skillsDemonstrated ability to interact and work with all levels of managementPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
