FULL TIME (>=40 HRS WEEKLY) CONTRACT , REMOTEPay Range:
$20 - $25/hr only on W2Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).Overview:
Utilizes specialized knowledge to address routine and intricate service repair challenges within set guidelines. Tackles repair problems of varying complexity and scope. Exercises independent judgment within broadly defined policies to identify and select solutions. Capable of handling unique situations and may seek advice for complex business issues.Responsibilities:Apply advanced technical expertise to manage one or more critical or high-risk technology areas or customer groups.Integrate technical knowledge with business understanding to develop solutions for customers.Collaborate with team members to address complex incidents or customer situations.Proactively and reactively seek solutions to prevent issues in team/technology areas.Utilize HP solutions to meet highly complex customer needs.Identify additional services that could drive future service revenue growth.Build and maintain strong relationships up to senior management levels in assigned accounts.Assist in managing the delivery of service support solutions.Lead customer expectation management as part of the escalation process.Mentor or guide new or less experienced employees.Education and Experience Required:Preferred: Bachelor's degree or Associate degree in a technical field with 5-7 years of relevant experience.Knowledge and Skills:Knowledge of HP Indigo products and services, HP organization, competition, and third-party products.Broad understanding of corporate organization, job roles, and policies.Expert-level business, technical, or functional knowledge.Ability to communicate tactfully and diplomatically up to senior management levels.Active listening skills and the ability to tailor messages to the audience.Strong problem-solving skills (proactive, reactive, and creative).Exemplary consulting skills, becoming a trusted advisor to customers and providing clarity in solution determination.Proficient in core technical competencies with advanced skills in some areas.Ability to suggest operational efficiencies.Benefits:BC forward
