Job Overview

Procter & Gamble is seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Infrastructure Architect to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing network infrastructure solutions to enhance business operations.The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in wireless, LAN, SDWAN, and network security, as well as experience leading transformation initiatives within the global enterprise network.Key Responsibilities

Design repeatable, reliable, and scalable network infrastructure solutions with fault tolerance, performance tuning, monitoring systems, statistics/metrics collection, and disaster recovery.Lead the creation of network infrastructure designs, configurations, standards, and documentation to effectively deliver network solutions.Oversee the lifecycle management process to ensure clearly defined roadmaps for new technology solutions, ensuring seamless transformation and adoption by the business.Define and document technical requirements for new capabilities, working with key suppliers to solution, build, and lab certify, ensuring compliance with all functional, operational, and business objectives.Develop proposals and communicate outcomes that address business value/risk and gain leadership approval.Partner with peer IT organizations to influence, guide, and direct technical outcomes, ensuring mutual strategy alignment.Serve as the SME for critical and/or chronic incidents, provide subject matter leadership to Operations, helping to restore service.Engage in the definition and generation of new tools and automation capabilities, driving software-defined capabilities that improve outcomes, minimizing risk, and promote agility.Deliver training and technical leadership to all key partner organizations, ensuring successful knowledge transfer.Act as Lead/Contributor on key network projects, representing the organization and working closely with Project Managers, Operations, Business Units, Suppliers, Peer Organizations, and IT partners.Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Engineering, or other technical/IT field, OR 10+ years relevant network experience.9+ years experience designing and implementing networks, working across a wide range of telecommunication technologies.Must have expertise in architecting solutions for wireless, routing & switching, SDWAN, and LAN.Knowledge of networking infrastructure suppliers and services - Cisco, Viptela, F5 Networks, HP, Zscaler, Palo Alto.Proficiency in network features and protocols including: 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, 802.1x PEAP/EAP-TLS, RADIUS/CoA, Wireless RF, spanning tree, TCP/IP/V4/V6, SIP, ARP, CDP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, VTP, Etherchannel, 802.1Q trunking, MLS, HSRP, GLBP, VSS/VSL, QoS, Multicast, IPSEC, RADIUS/TACACS+, SNMP, NTP, and HTTP.Knowledge of Carrier Services including WAN Circuits, MPLS, VPNS, VRFs, DWDM, Frame Relay, Point to Point, OCx, DS3, E/T1s.Preferred Qualifications

Certifications - CCDA, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, SUSE, JNCIE, JNCIA, JNCP, ACE.Experience with Cisco ACS/ISE, Ansible, CA Spectrum /eHealth, EMC Smarts, Cisco Prime, Solarwinds, InfoBlox, ServiceNow, Wireshark, and Splunk.Expertise within Cisco IOS/NXOS, Linux, Unix, Code writing, and Microsoft OS.Familiarity with IT governance standards and compliance.Experience in standard load balancer design, SSL termination, and overall application/solution design (L4-7).Estimated Salary Range

$150,000 - $190,000 per year.
