11/30/2024Overview:INTECON, LLC is seeking a motivated Administrative Support Specialist to provide essential administrative and operational support to various offices within the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA). This role supports multiple departments, including the Logistics Management Office (LMO) and the Office of Small Business Programs and Industry Engagement (OSBP), by ensuring efficient day-to-day office operations. Responsibilities encompass calendar management, travel coordination, document preparation, record maintenance, and serving as a central point of contact for administrative functions.Roles and Responsibilities:Comprehensive Office Administration:
Execute a range of administrative tasks to support DCSA offices, including managing calendars, scheduling conference rooms, preparing documents, overseeing task management, coordinating travel and travel documentation, and handling supply orders. Additional duties may include taking meeting minutes, organizing and maintaining records, answering calls, and managing mailing and shipping tasks.Operational Support:
Provide operational support, including database checks, assisting with office meetings, and ensuring timely task completion to meet DCSA leadership requirements.Point of Contact for Administrative Services:
Serve as a liaison for various DCSA support services, assisting with scheduling, office supply maintenance, and coordinating other administrative tasks across departments.Technical Proficiency:
Utilize general office equipment, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, SharePoint, and other task management systems to fulfill job responsibilities effectively.Qualifications:Active Secret clearance is required; TS/SCI clearance is preferred.Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required. Equivalent years of experience or relevant certifications may be considered in lieu of a degree.Minimum of 3 years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced, high-profile environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities effectively.
