Corporate Recruiter , you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting outstanding sales and leadership candidates, managing the interview cycle, and delivering a superb candidate experience from the first phone call to the closing offer. You’ll work closely with our executives and Area Leaders and become an expert on all things Sono Bello.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:Manage the full cycle recruiting process, including sourcing passive candidates, screening applicants, managing the interview process, presenting offers, and hiring.Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the selection process and act as their main point of contact.Collaborate with the recruiting team and leadership to quickly staff open positions and ensure a smooth hiring process.Screen resumes, conduct phone and Zoom interviews, and match optimal candidates to the role requirements.Leverage platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter to actively source and attract passive candidates.Open, post, and manage job requisitions through our ATS and other recruiting platforms.Maintain talent tracking reports, workflows, and data integrity in the ATS daily.Schedule interviews across multiple time zones for hiring managers.Act as an ambassador for Sono Bello, building our company’s talent brand online and at occasional in-person events.Collaborate across HR and business groups to identify and hire top talent efficiently.Connect with and build strong relationships with business partnersDevelop a deep understanding of Sono Bello’s culture, communicate culture effectively to candidates and confirm alignment to needs of the business and role.REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, easily building strong relationships with people.You’re confident, persistent, and driven by results, always pushing yourself to exceed goals.Highly organized and strategic, you can manage competing priorities with ease.You have high emotional intelligence (EQ), are self-aware, and take ownership of your work. You're not afraid to ask questions and seek feedback to improve.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Proven recruiting experience, ideally in the sales industry, or a strong track record in a consultative sales role.At least one year of experience in sales, selling products or services.Ability to recognize the "it factor" in candidates.Passion for the aesthetics industry.Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of aesthetics sales experience.This is a hybrid role, requiring three days per week in our Kirkland, WA office. The office will be relocating to Bellevue, WA in February.COMPENSATION:At Sono Bello, we believe that our team members are the keys to our success.
