You will partner closely with Sales and cross-functional Marketing teams to deliver strategic marketing programs including content, campaigns, events, and sales enablement. You will strategically plan and execute the most effective and efficient marketing mix to maximize marketing driven pipeline opportunity.To be successful in this role, you will work seamlessly with senior stakeholders in Amazon Business and pan-Amazon teams such as AWS to align and implement strategies.We are looking for an individual with broad experience in designing and delivering Integrated Marketing Campaigns. This includes expertise in field marketing motions like executive engagement programs, 3rd party trade shows, webinars and digital marketing.This role also requires skills in strategic thinking, relationship building, and problem solving. The individual will thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, have impeccable attention to detail, and will have a track record of on-time delivery of projects. Deeply know and advocate for the customer: Who they are, their pain points, where and how we can reach them, and the value proposition that we can uniquely offer to delight them as we meet their needs.Develop and execute Integrated Marketing Campaigns (IMCs) to reach and engage these senior decision makers.Design and deliver field marketing motions like Executive Engagement Events, Webinars, Trade Shows/Conferences, Sponsorships and Email.Manage relationships with internal Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, Sales Enablement, and Product stakeholders, as well as external agencies and partners.Drive robust and detailed measurement and reporting processes.About the team

Our mission is to drive acquisition, activation, adoption, and engagement of Amazon Business to prospects and customers. Through tailored content and experiences, we demonstrate the value of Smart Business Buying across organizations of all sizes to accelerate progression across each stage of the CPS customer stage model. This role will lead marketing for the Travel & Hospitality vertical within the Commercial Sector.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experienceExperience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaignsExperience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teamsExperience using data and metrics to drive improvementsExperience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)Field Marketing in B2B organizationsBachelors Degree or equivalentPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
