Rehabilitation Therapy position at Wrangell Medical Center Primary focus on Pediatric Speech - Language Pathology evaluations and treatments Provides services by physician referral in multiple settings Responsible for patient assessment, evaluation, establishing therapy treatment plan with goals Participates in community service, administrative tasks, and professional collaboration/education Job Requirements
Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program 3 years of experience with therapy for the patient population served Preferred: Acute care hospital experience with dysphasia and neurology Preferred: Experience with modified barium swallow studies and clinical swallowing examinations Unit Specific Information
Services may include work at community senior centers, home assessments, and remote visits May require occasional multi-day travel to remote locations Duties may involve education, presentations, and in-service to medical staff
