Weekend/Holiday: Possibility of 1-2 weekends- No holidays Requirements:
WI license 1 year experience Minimum Experience: General PT/ Ortho skills. Inpatient and outpatient experience. general outpatient as well as inpatient Pelvic Floor experience highly preferred BLS Epic charting experience preferred Other Details:
Must live outside a 50 mile radius Unit Specific Skillset: 8-10 patients.
