Valere has experience developing for both consumer and B2B audiences across a myriad of verticals such as healthcare, finance, sports, fitness, education, and more!About the Role:As the Director of Marketing, you'll be the glue keeping Valere's marketing and communication function together and the primary member of a critical function in helping spread the value proposition and messaging to build something meaningful. This is a full-time hybrid role located in our headquarters in Boston, Massachusetts, USA, with flexibility for some remote work. The Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing project timelines and budgets, overseeing content creation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You should come from a digital marketing, IT, AI, software, backend development, or agency background. The main criteria for the position are being trustworthy, proactive, motivated, hands-on, and extremely organized. People who thrive in this role will have a strong background in marketing and growing digital applications and services, think strategically, and create recommendations while being able to solicit insights. The Director of Marketing will report to the Chief Growth Officer and work closely with the Sales and Product teams.RESPONSIBILITIESWhat you'll be doing:Manage Brand Voice and Community:
Serve as the voice of Valere, oversee the Valere Pathfinder program, and maintain consistent communication with participants and partners.Drive Social Media Growth:
Boost organic traffic and followers, strategically post content, respond to queries, and monitor engagement without over-representing any one culture.Foster Stakeholder Relationships:
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, support the sales team with lead generation and marketing collateral, and collaborate with the executive team on marketing goals.Oversee Budget and Track Performance:
Manage the marketing budget with the CGO, track campaign spending, and report on performance metrics to ensure alignment with strategy.Analyze Marketing Effectiveness:
Measure website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI; monitor marketing initiatives and adapt strategies for optimized outcomes.Execute Content Marketing Strategy:
Develop and publish engaging content across channels, including blog posts, white papers, and educational materials to attract and educate customers.Organize and Represent at Events:
Plan and execute industry events, webinars, and product launches; represent Valere at conferences and networking events.Expand and Optimize Marketing Channels:
Identify new marketing channels, optimize Valere’s website and social media, and manage testimonial and review platforms.Lead Campaigns and Storytelling:
Spearhead campaigns that highlight Valere’s brand story and value; create engaging content for social media, the website, and digital platforms.Identify Target Audiences and Engage:
Identify key audiences, oversee targeted campaigns, and prioritize marketing needs based on sales and funnel data.Articulate Strategic Vision:
Define and communicate Valere’s marketing vision, conduct competitive analysis, stay updated on industry trends, and attend relevant conferences.Align and Inform the Team:
Share insights and strategies with the team, foster alignment on campaign objectives, and create a marketing-driven culture at Valere.Conduct Market Research:
Continuously research the market to identify new opportunities for Valere’s growth and improved brand positioning.Attract and Grow Enterprise Clients:
Develop and implement targeted marketing and business development strategies to attract and engage enterprise clients and large organizations, building Valere’s brand within the corporate landscape.Corporate Sales Development:
Create and manage pipelines of high-quality opportunities, collaborating closely with account executives to convert leads into valued enterprise clients.Drive New Business Initiatives:
Be a key leader in driving new business development, focusing on targeted efforts that ignite quality opportunities with corporate and enterprise clients.Support Complex Sales Cycles:
Support a dedicated team in managing complex sales cycles, orchestrating efforts across pre-sales, value management, and cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive sales and marketing support.Collaborate on Pipeline Development:
Work collaboratively with account executives to build and maintain a valuable pipeline, nurturing opportunities through each stage of the sales process.QUALIFICATIONSWhat you must have:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
