Job Description
As a Field Marketing Director for Aramark SeniorLIFE+, you will plan, manage, and guide weekly, monthly, and seasonal marketing initiatives in collaboration with the LOB Marketing and Communications team, alongside client community marketing leaders based on programmatic and community targets. This position will possess the ability to be the system marketing strategist and advisor to the Vice President of Operations and Regional Director of Operations, focusing on business analysis with the skill to track, analyze, and present results from marketing program implementation. You will manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, requiring strong time management and multi-tasking skills. The Field Marketing Director will exhibit an excellent ability to communicate at multiple levels within the system, representing a ‘big-picture’, business-oriented view of development. Daily expectations include assessing situations, identifying key players, setting action plans, and delivering results. Being results-oriented and possessing analytical skills with the ability to think strategically about the business are essential; this position will be accountable for supporting the achievement of the account’s operational goals through collaboration with the operations team(s). This is a remote position that requires travel up to 65% of the time.COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $80,000.00 to $85,000.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.If hired, the employee will be in an “at-will position” and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.BENEFITS:

• Conducts Marketing Research and Data collection: Focus groups, surveying, campus mapping, trend development/research, competitive pricing analysis• Strategic Planning, Innovation, and Creativity: Develop Marketing Plans; new strategies and tactics for promoting existing or new locations to enhance sales and customer satisfaction• Sales Support: Develop and execute annual campaigns, including oral and written presentations, to various target groups. Support Business Development with Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, sales presentations, and Client Business Reviews (CBRs)• Marketing: Coordinate special events, promotions, marketing collateral, media interaction, public relations, website updates, and social media marketing• Build Relationships with clients, organization department heads, and community groups.At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers. • Requires B.A. and/or MBA, with 7+ years of marketing experience• Requires at least 2 years of product, marketing, and/or merchandising experience• Requires people management experience for at least 1-2 direct reports• A proven ability to increase sales and measure the impact/return on investment on implementation of programs• A demonstrated ability to be proactive and assertive in identifying and capturing growth opportunities, as well as thinking creatively and strategically• Must have excellent interpersonal skills including presentation, public speaking, and client interaction skills• Must be able to efficiently utilize social media and MS Office Suite products to accomplish work tasks (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)• Preferred knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Pro and Adobe Suite products• Valid driver’s license and vehicle.This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).#FS-300Education
