We cover multiple NICUs in various locations and are looking for someone with a solid work ethic, professional practice, excellent clinical and communication skills, a love of working with babies and families, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in a collaborative setting.Details about the opportunity/NICU are listed below:• Reno, NV is renowned for its commitment to women's and children's health• We boast a 16-bed Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), equipped with the latest technology and resources to provide top-tier care• Neonatologists and Neonatal Nurse Practitioners during day, NNP in house at night• 24 hr. shifts for NNPs, but shifts can be bundled to accommodate scheduling• We are committed to making a difference in the lives of the newborns and their families that we serve• Be a part of a dynamic and caring neonatology team, making a difference in the lives of premature and critically ill infants• Enjoy a supportive and collaborative work environment that values your expertise and dedication• Access cutting-edge medical technology and resources to provide the best possible care to your patients• Benefit from opportunities for professional growth and development within our organizationResponsibilities include:• Delivery attendance• Day-to-day management of NICU• Participate in multi-disciplinary rounds to provide collaborative, team-based care of NICU patients including but not limited to ventilator management, nutrition management, lab review, and meeting with families• Newborn nursery coverageRequirements:• A strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care.• A collaborative and team-oriented approach to neonatal care.• Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
