Senior Digital Product Designer UX
for one of our top Healthcare clients in the Rochester, MN. This is a 1 year remote contract role .

Responsibilities:Tasked with analyzing, planning, and sequencing user interactions with digital healthcare software or applications to ensure accessibility, scalability, and sustainability.Utilizing insights from the Human-centered design process, the UX Designer actively listens to the needs of patients and physicians, crafting designs that prioritize ease, clarity, usefulness, and aesthetic appeal.Working closely with Product and Engineering teams, the UX Designer plays a pivotal role in shaping products that align with user needs, business requirements, and deliver a best-in-class seamless user experience across various digital platforms and devices.Responsible for executing various design tasks while providing oversight for vendors involved in the Experience Design scope of work. Additionally, they ensure designs meet accessibility standards
REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of experience as a UI and UX designer, ideally withexperience working on large scale websites.2+ years of proficiency in a variety of design tools, including Figma and Miro.3+ years of web standards, responsive design, and accessibility best practices,creating and documenting design styles, patterns, and components.Big PLUS: Experience with HTML/CSS & AEM
