The Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in providing data-driven insights that inform investment decisions, support portfolio performance, and drive strategic growth for the firm's global operations. This position requires a deep understanding of real estate finance, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with teams on a global scale. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate or investment finance and demonstrate strong forecasting, modeling, and financial planning capabilities.
Job Description
Develop and maintain complex financial models for property acquisitions, development projects, and portfolio management, incorporating key metrics such as IRR, NPV, and cash flow analysis.Lead the preparation and ongoing management of project budgets and forecasts, providing regular variance analysis to highlight key trends, risks, and opportunities.Conduct in-depth analysis of real estate investment opportunities, preparing financial projections, assessing profitability, and supporting capital allocation decisions.Research market trends and perform benchmarking analysis to provide insights into competitive positioning, valuation, and potential growth areas.Prepare and present clear and concise financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders to support informed decision-making.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the real estate or investment industry, with a strong background in financial modeling and strategic analysis.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data visualization; experience with real estate software (e.g., Argus, Yardi, or MRI) is highly desirable.Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and present actionable insights.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders effectively.What's on Offer
