What do we do?
CACI, Azure Summit Technology, LLC provides a wide range of multi-channel software defined radio products, innovative signal processing solutions and end-to-end mission payloads and systems for the full range of advanced RF applications including EW, radar, communications and multi-mode RF operations. Systems can be tailored to meet a variety of requirements for bandwidth, dynamic range, number of channels, and computational resources. Supported platforms range from resource-constrained small UAVs and wearable devices to manned aircraft and maritime vessels.
What will you do?
The selected candidate will be part of a dynamic, growing, cross-functional, and geographically distributed team. This position is located on-site at our facility in Melbourne, FL, with occasional overnight travel to our office in Fairfax, VA, and/or other locations as needed to support customer activities. Your future team has worked together to produce the following job description:
The selected candidate will perform and/or assist the OEM Product group in the maintenance, tracking, design process and flow, development and I&T of new product lines as well as providing technical support to existing Product Lines. This position will require regular interface with the hardware designers, software engineering, systems engineering, material management, production, and other disciplines.
This Systems Engineer position performs routine and varied work related to New Product Integration (NPI) and support for low-rate initial production (LRIP) and full-rate production (FRP) activities as needed.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Development of test plans and test procedures for NPI
I&T activities throughout the NPA maturation process
Coordination with software test group on implementation of automated acceptance testing to meet all applicable requirements
Maintenance of Product BOMs
Coordination of CCB and ECN activities
Hardware integration and EVT activities
Troubleshoot and debug resource of deliverable hardware on existing product lines
Ability to read and understand schematics and layouts of CCAs
Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments efficiently
Perform metric-based analysis
Basic Qualifications
US citizenship, due to nature of the work and contract requirement
Ability to obtain TOP SECRET clearance, due to contract requirement
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer engineering, related field, or equivalent professional experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in related engineering field
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in any of the following:
Test and Debug Engineering
New Product Development
Applications Engineering
Familiarity with CCA schematics, BOMs, and layouts
Experience with RF-centric hardware
Automated testing
Familiarity with electronics manufacturing processes
Experience with signal generators, digital oscilloscopes, network analyzers, PXAs
Experience with industry standard engineering test methods
Experience working with Product Data sheets, test specifications,
Knowledge of analog design and analysis, general knowledge of digital circuitry and interfaces

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. $37,500 - $75,100
