The Enterprise Strategy & Operations team is looking for an entrepreneurial leader to join our team as a Sales Enablement Associate Manager to support our DoorDash for Business vertical.
About the TeamYou will report into the Head of Sales Strategy & Operations, DoorDash for Business on our Enterprise Strategy & Operations.

As a
Sales Enablement Associate Manager
on the Enterprise Strategy & Operations team, you'll have the opportunity to drive growth of one of DoorDash’s new platforms on the ground floor, laying the foundation for what is becoming a major business unit for the company.
About the RoleAs our Sales Enablement Associate Manager, you’ll discover and drive performance improvements across the sales organization and build the foundation for it to scale. This will include improving sales productivity by building internal collateral to equip sales teams during external facing deals, elevating sales teams to becoming world class deal makers through continuous training & improving ramp time for newly hired reps. This role sits at the intersection of our revenue generation engine and our business teams, and as such will require ruthless prioritization and data-driven decision-making to ensure our teams are working against the right goals and have the tools needed to achieve them.
We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, highly analytical, data-driven, and has exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Work with the Head of Sales Strategy & Operations for DoorDash for Business to implement and deliver enablement programs that improve the performance of our different sales teams.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales and Strategy & Operations teams to align Sales training, related content, and initiatives.
Develop & maintain a repository of shared content/sales collateral to assure sales teams have access to necessary resources.
Create and deliver onboarding and continuous learning curriculum that increases the sales team’s effectiveness.
Identify metrics to quantify impact and efficacy of enablement programs, special events, and sales tools and resources.
Coordinate and manage recurring sales enablement events, including quarterly sales gatherings, new hire onboarding, and annual/semi-annual sales kick-offs.

You have 4+ years of experience in sales enablement or enterprise sales; high-growth B2B startup or tech experience is preferred.
You are data-driven and leverage data to guide training programs for our field sales team.
