A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quality Control Coordinator within the Construction Industry.
This position is based in Boise, ID. and per diem/accommodation is available for the right candidate.
Salary:
$115k – $120k/year (based on experience)Location:
Boise, ID (on-site and travel, per diem, company vehicle)Benefits:

Responsibilities:Read and interpret specifications, plans, and resource documents to determine requirements and planning procedures as outlinedDocument and update appropriate logsConduct, attend, and participate in project meetingsObtain, review, and submit required submittals and maintain submittal registerCoordinate the Three Phases of Control plan: Preparatory, Initial, and Final PhasesMaintain quality control through frequent and regular inspection of work and work-in-progressComplete all reports and records in an accurate and timely mannerMaintain an orderly and clean presence on the jobsiteComplete job close-out proceduresManage RMSMinimum Qualifications:A bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or construction managementMinimum of five years of experience in healthcare renovation or a similar scopeWorking knowledge of field construction, including systems, practices, general engineering principles, construction techniques, materials, methods, and sequencingDetailed experience with quality control systemsExperience in hazard identification and safety complianceStrong work ethic with a passion to fulfill commitmentsSincere obligation to client satisfactionStrong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and conflict management skillsExperience as a QC Manager or with field management working on healthcare, veteran, or other federal projectsPartnership approach to working with architects and engineersProficient in MS Office Suite, PDF Editor, and Bluebeam with good computer skillsDemonstrated ability to be a team playerUSACE experienceHas worked with RMSUSACE-CQM-C CertificateFor a faster response, please text "QCC" to 904-712-6140.
