AirSculpt is hiring an Assistant Practice Manager who measures up to our high standards. Someone who is comfortable working in an environment that is constantly changing, with the ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks.This is a full-time position located in one of our practices around the country. AirSculpt® is a next-generation body contouring treatment designed to optimize both comfort and precision, available exclusively at AirSculpt offices. The minimally invasive procedure removes fat and tightens skin, while sculpting targeted areas of the body, allowing for quick healing with minimal bruising, tighter skin, and precise results. More than 40,000 AirSculpt cases have been performed in AirSculpt's 27 premium locations throughout the U.S, Canada and the United Kingdom.
Main responsibilities include but not be limited to: Manage individual patient experience over the phone and in person Welcome patients always focusing on their experience (ie offering them a beverage, getting to know them, being aware of cleanliness and staff being on cell phones) Answer initial questions and schedule consultations Coach and support staff, ensuring they provide exemplary patient service Be the initial point of contact for any patient issues Develop and maintain expert knowledge and understanding of our facility, core values, & our surgeons' expertise. Surgical body sculpting & non-surgical cosmetic procedures. Operations:
Assist Practice Manager in Daily paperwork reconciliation Assist Practice Manager in coordinator schedule and covering front when needed Assist Practice Manager with ordering, receiving and stocking of products Minimum Job Qualifications:
At least 2 years Customer service experience Professional demeanor Able to build effective working relationships across many functions and with diverse customers. Flexible, enthusiastic, and self-directed. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Passion for helping others be the best they can be. Strong customer focus with a caring attitude. Willingness to embrace constructive criticism and continuously improve. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Preferable Job Qualifications:
BS/BA preferred. Exceptional computer skills including knowledge of Excel, Word, and Salesforce. Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish). Creative thinker with the ability to identify and solve problems. Ability to function well both independently and as part of a team. Benefits & Perks:

Compensation Range : This is a nonexempt role with an average compensation range of $25-27/hour, depending on experience and/or skillset. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus incentive.
Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant licenses or certifications.
