National Sales Director - Concrete Products
Role Overview:
The National Sales Director will drive the promotion and sales of concrete product lines, targeting both existing and new accounts. This role collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to align sales strategies and market feedback with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies in alignment with business objectives, including new product launches.Engage directly with end users, dealers, and distributors to showcase product solutions.Identify and build relationships with prospective key accounts through networking, directories, trade shows, and referrals.Provide technical support and assist key accounts with pricing and marketing strategies.Create and deliver impactful sales presentations tailored to customer needs.Maintain customer records and manage sales activities using CRM tools.Ensure delivery schedules meet customer expectations.Demonstrate product usage and capabilities during customer engagements.Complete and submit required reports, including expense and sales documentation.Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.Experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience selling mounted concrete pumps.Skills and Competencies:
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Technical knowledge of heavy equipment and the ability to convey this effectively to diverse audiences.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).Ability to make data-driven decisions and solve problems proactively.Resilient, ethical, and customer-focused with excellent accountability and initiative.
