We are seeking a dynamic candidate to support Teva’s Data Science & Analytics team, working closely with Teva’s Finance team on key initiatives. This role is integral to Teva’s mission of providing accessible and affordable medicines for patients. You will leverage data science, advanced analytics, visualization, and automation to deliver data-driven insights, communicate meaningful findings, and streamline the claims processing workflow. As a key member of our team, you will drive growth for Teva and create substantial business value through advanced data-driven strategies.Location:

This is a hybrid opportunity (3 days/week in office) based in Parsippany, NJ.How you’ll spend your day

Collaborate with the unit leader and business partners to develop solutions that enable data-driven decision-making.Integrate, engineer, and analyze complex datasets related to medical benefits and rebates across different payers, designing comprehensive analytical solutions to support the finance team, and professionally communicate results.Design and manage cross-functional analytical projects, developing and implementing approaches that break down complex business problems into multiple independent and sequential phases of analysis.Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency.Summarize key metrics for presentations and dashboards.Implement, automate, and maintain analytical processes and machine learning models.Your experience and qualifications

Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree with minimum 2 years of work experience within a highly technical/quantitative discipline (Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, etc.) OR master's degree in technical/quantitative discipline.2 years of hands-on experience (through work or schooling) in generating advanced insights and predictive capability from statistical models, including but not limited to multivariate linear regression, cluster algorithms, decision trees, logistic regression, Principal Component Analysis (PCA), time series, survival analysis, machine learning (supervised and unsupervised), Bayesian Methods, Neural Networks, etc.2 years of experience (through work or schooling) in performing data analysis and modeling using Python (NumPy, pandas, Scikit-learn, Pyspark etc.).Strong SQL skills for data manipulation, aggregation, and optimization.Proficiency in bringing structure to ambiguous problems and deriving insights from multiple data and information sources.Ability to communicate complex ideas, insights, and analytical proficiency into meaningful conclusions to internal and external stakeholders.Strong data curiosity, analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Understanding of the brand and generic pharmaceutical landscape and the commercial data and analytic needs.Strong inter-personal skills and team player.Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and generate innovative solutions in a fast-paced and multi-tasks environment.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in life sciences, commercial analytics, and Finance rebates & medical claims.Experience with cloud services: AWS, Azure.Experience with large scale database applications (Oracle, SAP, SQL).Experience in automating analysis and authoring pipelines based on ETL framework.Enjoy a more rewarding choice
