No Relocation applicantsContract Type: W2 only, No corp to corpSeeking a highly-motivated, experienced IT Program Manager who will lead the project team in alignment with the department, divisional, and business unit objectives. This role will provide governance and oversight of end-to-end delivery, resource management, administrative direction, and leadership guidance and support for members of his/her team. The Sr. PM will be working closely with multiple areas in North America, in addition to managing vendor suppliers.Responsibilities:Utilize scaled agile methodologies to manage and deliver programs efficiently.Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor programs' technical performance and provide reports for senior management.Ensure that all programs adhere to quality standards and best practices through effective quality control processes.Provide technical guidance and support to development teams, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions.Partner with Project Managers and Product Owners to develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring timely delivery and alignment of priorities across various projects and groups.Manage project budgets, resources, and risks, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints and meet program goals.Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.Achieve the QCD goals: including schedule, budget and quality commitments. Effectively link IT activity to business outcomes.Ensure the resolution of incidents and management of problems that impact the delivery.Position Success Criteria:10 to 15 years of IT work experience10 plus years managing complex IT projectsExperience delivering consumer-facing websites, digital platforms, or services that involve complex data, transactions, or integrations.Familiarity with Jira/Confluence tools to manage project artifacts and user stories.Ready to document Product Requirements.
