The Opportunity:
Supporting PMS 415.
Manage and plan travel for leadership.
Maintain serial log in accordance with Navy Guidelines.
Ensure that letters and external communications conform to the Navy Correspondence Manual.
Other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
Perform high level administrative tasks in support of the PMS 415 at the Washington Navy Yard.
Conduct, research, prepare and present reports for technical and non-technical personnel.
Gather, analyze, and compose reports including but not limited to technical data, administrative data, and event support.
Work with government leadership for a wide variety of administrative responsibilities.
Receive and analyze tasks from higher headquarters, business and operations, and security, providing recommendations to leadership.
Simultaneously track and report the status of multiple projects and information requests, ensuring on time response and delivery by the customer.
Collect and compile technical information into clear, readable documents for intelligence/technical and nontechnical personnel.
Help establish, maintain, and improve processes and procedures to increase office efficiency and productivity.
Coordinate travel logistics for leadership.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must have the ability to obtain a DOD Interim Secret security clearance and subsequent final DOD Secret security clearance.
Qualifications:
Required:
Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and 3+ years of related work experience.
Experience coordinating travel logistics.
Experience gathering, analyzing, and composing reports including but not limited to technical data, administrative data, and event support.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and time management, and ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects and tasks efficiently.
Desired:
Active Secret level clearance.
Experience with NAVSEA or Team Submarine.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing competing priorities.
Strong customer service orientation and written/verbal communication skills with the ability to respectfully engage internal and external customers at all levels in a manner that achieves successful outcomes.

Pay Range:
The proposed salary range for this position is: $54,200 - $111,000. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
