*AUTO OFFER*RN's - Pass/Fail exam on Friday during orientation. OPEN BOOK exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminatedUnit heavily supports the thoracic program EP, cath lab, and structural heart. All rooms are equipped with virtual integrated care to assist with care and provide education with increased outcome success. RN ratio is 1:4, standard, but 1:3 for post surgical patients in the first 24 hours. Staff is supported by CNA's that ratio is 1:18.
