Your Role at KIK
The Production Graphis Designer reports to the Marketing Communications Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, with specific experience in pre-press and printing processes. This role involves collaborating closely with art directors, brand managers, and vendors to produce graphic printed materials, ensuring they meet the technical specifications needed for printing.
What You’ll Be Doing
Translate and implement design concepts into final artwork for a variety of print materials, including production labels, corrugated packaging and more.
Prepare and submit files for printing, ensuring all designs meet the necessary specifications and standards.
Review and approve print proofs, making necessary adjustments to ensure high-quality output.
Work closely with marketing, project managers, stakeholders and vendors to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) to create and modify designs.
Ensure all printed materials are produced to the highest quality standards, with accurate color calibration and technical precision.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on pre-press and printing processes.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Strong understanding of printing processes and technical requirements.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of color theory, typography, and design principles. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
