The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager who will develop and execute our B2B social media strategy, content calendar, and execution, as well as day-to-day responsibilities for some clients. The Social Media Manager will enhance Neato's brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. This role requires a strategic thinker understanding B2B marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
Responsibilities
Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's business goals. Key channels include LinkedIn, X, Youtube and Instagram.Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, videos, newsletters, blogs, etc). Develop a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content focused on growth. Collaborate with internal teams to generate relevant content.Community Management: Grow, monitor and engage with followers across social media platforms.Reporting: Track, analyze and report on social media performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Use insights to make strategic decisions and improve engagement and lead generation.Lead Gen: Innovative and strategic thinking to help capture and nurture leads through social media channels.Brand Awareness: Ensure company brand and messaging is consistent across all channels. Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors to maintain brand relevance.Work with our Design Team to create bi-weekly newsletter through BeehiivDeploy newsletter to subscribers and post across social channelsMeasure success and report on newsletter performance weekly, monthly quarterlyUnderstand how to leverage social media as a tool to inspire conversion, drive sales, and foster community growth.Help founders and senior leadership manage their personal brand on social platforms.All other tasks and responsibilities will be assigned by management.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related fieldProven experience as a Social Media Manager with B2B knowledgeExtremely organized personExpert in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Tik Tok) and social media management toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to analyze and interpret social media metrics and analyticsNatural storyteller who understands brand DNA, voice and aestheticsAbility to work to in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, while maintaining a positive "can-do" attitudeCollaborative team player with an open mind to finding new ways to drive resultsFamiliarity with SEO and web traffic metricsKnowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools (Hubspot)What We Offer
