About the Role
As an Enterprise Business Development Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting our enterprise customers, sales team, and Customer Success Managers. Your responsibilities will include ensuring exceptional support and resources for existing customers, facilitating a seamless contract and billing process, and collaborating across teams to guarantee timely quotes, accurate billing, and overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:Maintaining customer accounts in Salesforce to ensure accurate information.
Collaborating with sales reps and legal teams to expedite contract negotiations and secure necessary approvals.
Coordinating with relevant departments to ensure quotes are generated and delivered to customers promptly.
Ensuring billing accuracy and timeliness by confirming key invoice details with customers before the scheduled billing date.
Facilitating communication and collaboration across departments to enhance the customer experience.
Providing support and expertise for special initiatives across the broader team.
Requirements:
Have excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex content to a range of audiences.
Possess strong relationship-building skills with customers and internal teams to understand future needs and requirements.
Demonstrate proficiency in IT skills and the ability to learn new technology quickly.
Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and a customer-focused approach.
Be a team player who enjoys collaborating and solving problems with others.
Have proven experience in customer success, account management, or enterprise sales support.
Possess strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Be proficient in CRM software and billing systems.
Be detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
