Job Description
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and technical solutions.Document detailed business processes and workflows to support seamless system integration and process improvements.Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective adoption of new Salesforce features and enhancements.Analyze system performance and user feedback to identify areas for continuous improvement and optimize Salesforce functionality.Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth transitions when implementing new Salesforce features or system updates.THIS PERSON MUST BE VERY FAMILIAR WITH SALESFORCE!

The Successful Applicant
Over 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, ideally gained within a financial institution, investment bank, or blue-chip corporate environment.At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, including implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting technical issues on the Salesforce platform.Proven background in financial services, with a strong understanding of industry-specific processes and requirements.Expertise in Salesforce CRM implementations, business process improvements, and developing configuration changes to enhance platform functionality.Solid proficiency in key Salesforce applications such as Salesforce Experience Sites, Pardot (Account Engagement), and the Salesforce Lightning interface, with experience in generating Salesforce reports and training staff on new features.
