What Will You Do?
In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:
Advance global sustainability objectives across The Toro Company (TTC)
Engage with internal stakeholders around the world to analyze environmental sustainability data and identify gaps and opportunities for sustainability improvement projects
Assist with executing plans to deliver on TTC’s sustainability commitments, goals, targets, and objectives
May include developing corporate training content focused on improving workplace sustainability
What Do You Need?
To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:
We require interns to be enrolled in an educational program during the duration of the internship program.
Participation in a degree program in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or Environmental Engineering
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Confident, proactive, and able to produce high-quality deliverables
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Microsoft Office skills
Strong sense of responsibility and accountability – takes ownership and demonstrates initiative and follow-up
Adaptable and flexible – ability to handle ambiguity and changing priorities
Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and a customer service orientation

Summer Hours

Competitive Pay- The anticipated pay range is $18.00-25.00 per hour.
