Director of Finance and Reporting

Director of Finance & Consolidations Our company is seeking a highly experienced Director of Finance & Consolidations to join our team. As a global leader in the manufacturing industry, we offer a fast-paced and dynamic work environment that requires exceptional financial management skills. The Director of Finance & Consolidations will be responsible for overseeing the financial accounting teams at various operating locations of the division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior accounting and financial functions and electronic components experience. Key Responsibilities of Director of Finance & Consolidations:

Partner with senior management to achieve and maximize growth and profitability of business unitAnalyze financial results and explain key findings and variances to senior managementCoordinate the preparation and review of the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial resultsEnsure compliance with Company policies and US GAAP for division financial reportingEnsure adequate internal controls over accounting and financial reporting in accordance with SOX guidelines.Required Skills and Qualifications of Director of Finance & Consolidations:
