In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the following criteria must be met:

• Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter

QualificationsRequirements:

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of California

• Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy

• Current BLS Certificate

Preferred Experience:

• At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care setting
