Job Title: Oracle SCM (Supply Chain Management) ConsultantMilwaukee, WI (Onsite)Job Description:As an Oracle SCM (Supply Chain Management) Consultant, you will work with clients to design, implement, and optimize Oracle SCM solutions to streamline their supply chain processes. This role involves understanding the client’s business requirements, configuring the Oracle SCM system, and ensuring seamless integration with other business processes and applications. The consultant will play a key role in project implementations, improvements, troubleshooting, and providing support to the client teams.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, identifying opportunities to enhance their supply chain processes.Design and configure Oracle SCM modules, including Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing, and Planning.Develop and execute implementation strategies, including system configurations, data migration, testing, and end-user training.Analyze existing supply chain workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose optimized processes using Oracle SCM functionalities.Advise clients on best practices and industry standards for supply chain management within Oracle SCM.Perform and oversee functional and technical testing, including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing.Troubleshoot and resolve issues discovered during testing phases and support deployment activities.Develop detailed documentation for configurations, customizations, and process flows within Oracle SCM.Train client teams and end-users on Oracle SCM functionalities and customizations, ensuring smooth handover and knowledge transfer.Provide post-implementation support to resolve any issues and ensure that the Oracle SCM system is functioning as intended.Collaborate with other Oracle functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data flows.Communicate effectively with client stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure that project goals and deadlines are met.Participate in project meetings, status updates, and report on project progress and risks.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.Experience in implementing Oracle SCM modules such as Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, or Planning.Strong understanding of supply chain processes and industry best practices.Familiarity with Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite.Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.Experience with Oracle SCM Cloud certifications (preferred but not required).Preferred Skills:Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and other Oracle database tools.Project management experience or certification.Familiarity with other ERP systems or SCM software is a plus.
