Represent clients in legal matters involving creditors' rights, foreclosure, collections, and real estate law.Manage a high-volume caseload efficiently while ensuring quality outcomes.Conduct discovery processes, including depositions, drafting responses, and resolving disputes.Handle appellate advocacy with expertise in relevant laws, including TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and the Bankruptcy Code.Attend court hearings and represent clients in proceedings, with occasional travel across California.Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry stakeholders to promote trust and collaboration.Provide leadership and contribute to the growth and visibility of the firm.Requirements
Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.Admission to, or eligibility for, federal district and bankruptcy courts in California.At least 8 years of experience practicing mortgage foreclosure and collections law.In-depth knowledge of California legal processes and regulations.Dedication to delivering exceptional legal services and maintaining professional integrity.Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications
Additional Bar Licenses (preferred).Skills
