LHH is seeking an experienced Estates and Trusts Paralegal for our valued law firm client. Organization and attention to detail are extremely important in this fast-paced office. 2+ years solid estate & trust Paralegal experience

Experience with estate documents and tax returns preferred

Ability to quickly learn and use varying software programs



Preparing deeds; asset spreadsheets and probate pleadings



Preparing federal estate tax returns and gift returnsDrafting correspondence and legal documents

Highly detailed, organized

Assisting on preparing federal estate tax returns and gift returns

Organizing and maintaining client files

Highly proactive with attention to detail, dependable, and extremely organized

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

Excellent proofreading skills and clear and concise communication skills

Positive and professional demeanor

Qualifications:Paralegal certificate is preferred or prior experience in Estates and Trusts within a law firm

Lackner 6-in-1 software experienced preferred

Excellent communication skills

High attention to detail

Trustworthy and ethical

Client service oriented

Pay Details:

$60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
