Inspect workmanship, materials, and construction processes to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry best practices.Keep the project on track and within the specified timeline. Create and update construction schedules, monitors progress, identifies potential delays, and takes proactive measures to mitigate any issues that may arise.responsible for managing changes in scope, design modifications, and any unexpected challenges that may arise during constructionResponsible for helping to control costs and minimize waste.
