SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Position is responsible to thoroughly understand all Utilization Management regulatory requirements for both CMS and DOH, developing and managing processes to remain compliant with these requirements, and managing the nurses who will be performing the processes . The incumbent is responsible for identifying and communicating utilization management concerns to physician and administrative leadership to support financial health of the organization . This position reports to care management and the department of nursing. This is a great opportunity to join an evolving health system positioned well for growth now and into the future.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required Three (3) years' experience in nursing required Currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse by Pennsylvania Board of Nurse Examiners PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):
