Pre-Litigation Legal Assistant

LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Charlottesville, VA is seeking an experienced

Pre-Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal

to join their team.This position is hybrid \u2013 3 days in office.

Responsibilities:

•

Managing cases

•

Conducting intake interviews

•

Drafting documents and correspondence

•

Handling a high volume of cases

•

Providing general administrative support

Requirements:

•

2+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury including liens and workers compensation

•

Strong typing skills

•

Excellent communication skills

The anticipated salary range for this position is $45,000-$60,000 per year based on years of experience.Benefits package includes health and dental plan at no cost for employee coverage, employer paid short and long-term disability, life insurance, 401(k), and other offerings.

Pay Details:

$45,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
