department.Description

Lead all field operations for assigned new construction projects, ensuring schedules and budgets are met.Manage subcontractors, field staff, and other site personnel to ensure project quality and safety standards.Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to resolve design and field issues.Oversee and ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.Proactively identify risks and develop solutions to avoid delays or cost overruns.Conduct regular site inspections and ensure work meets design specifications and project plans.Enforce safety protocols, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.Maintain clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams regarding project progress.Mentor and coach junior staff members to promote their development.Keep detailed records of site activity, daily reports, schedules, and documentation.

ProfileExperience:

Minimum of 10 years in construction management, with at least 5 years of experience in a Superintendent role managing large-scale new construction projects.Proven Success:

A strong track record of completing complex commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects on time and within budget.Technical Knowledge:

Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, building codes, and processes.Leadership:

Ability to effectively manage teams, drive productivity, and maintain high standards.Technology Proficiency:

Experience with construction management tools like Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.Certifications:

OSHA 30 certification required; additional safety certifications are a plus.Education:
