Are you a highly experienced legal executive assistant interested in a full-time, permanent job opportunity in Jacksonville, FL? Those with a legal background are especially encouraged to apply! This is a very visible position requiring a highly polished, professional demeanor and a solid understanding of the importance of confidentiality and being discreet. You will be responsible for handling heavy scheduling; managing and processing all vendor invoicing, client billing, check requests, and expense reports; attorney time entry; distributing mail; coordinating extensive domestic and international travel; screening calls and responding to all incoming communications; scheduling appointments and meetings; drafting, formatting, and revising correspondence and documents. You will be expected to not let anything fall through the cracks, including following up on meeting action items, heavy deadline and calendar management, sometimes scheduling complex travel last minute, and more. Qualifications:6+ years of solid executive assistant with a background in legal or finance. Experience supporting a managing partner is a plus!

Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Solid organizational skills with a proactive, determined attitude when it comes to your work

Great communication and interpersonal skills with a helpful, no-job-too-small mindset

Works well under pressure

Salary: $75,000-$85,000/yr.Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k & more
