LHH Recruitment Solutions seeks a motivated Legal Assistant to join our client's growing team in Glendale, WI. This is a full-time, on-site position with pay of
$18-$21/hour
(approximately $37,000 - $44,000 in annual salary) and excellent benefits.
What You'll Do:
Support dedicated attorneys in representing veterans seeking disability benefits.
Handle a variety of tasks, from processing mail to conducting legal research.
Prepare and review appeals and other important documents.
Communicate with clients, government agencies, and expert witnesses.
Manage caseloads and maintain accurate records.
What You'll Need:
1+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a US law firm.
A passion for helping veterans.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
A positive attitude and a team-player mentality.
